Making a Simple Wood Pipe - Easy Woodcarving Project

Using only my knife I make a simple wood pipe from a dead aspen tree. This is an easy wood carving project that’s great for anyone to try. When choosing wood to make a pipe from avoid any woods that are toxic or release toxic fumes when burned. A quick google search will bring up lists of woods that are safe to make a pipe from. For this pipe I used dead, dry trembling aspen (Populus tremuloides). I’ve made pipes from this wood before and have had no issues with smoking them. Thank you to everyone who wat
