UPDATE: 4 dead, 151 injured as result of Sevastopol beach attack local governor

Bags and toys were left behind as people were forced to flee amid a Ukrainian air attack on a crowded beach in Sevastopol, Russia. Four people, including two children, were killed and 151 others were wounded. June 24 has been declared a day of mourning in Crimea.
