Mudras: Hatha-yoga is a web of bizarre exercises, some harmless, others extremely dangerous. The 25 exercises called Mudras therefore do not concern us. I wish, however, to solemnly declare that none of these exercises should be practiced without the supervision and advice of a particularly qualified dangers are real. You can have a heart disease that has not yet declared itself and which can appear suddenly if you wake up the sleeping cat! Too many people practice some of these exercises like a cult, like a fetish. If they focus too much, they can hurt themselves a lot. What kind of evil? Go to a psychiatric hospital and you will see!
