Saga - Wind Him Up (RESTORED)

The second single from their fourth album, “Worlds Apart“, produced by Rupert Hine. The song is written by Ian Crichton, Jim Crichton, Jim Gilmour, Steve Negus, and Michael Sadler. The video was produced to the single edit of the song, at 3:38 as opposed to the album version’s 5:47. There have been admirable fan efforts to produce a video that uses the full length album track by adding in stills and concert footage, but I chose to stick with the single version to keep the plot and feel of the video fully intact. Cropped out the gaudy 80’s titling and ran the video through several steps in the restoration: Upscaling, deblocking (removing compression artifacts), denoising, exposure adjust, sharpening and re-adding a touch of film grain lost in the deblocking and denoising steps.
