Police rescue dog from freezing river in NW China’s Xinjiang

A golden retriever accidentally fell into an icy river in Bole City, northwest China’s Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region on Sunday. Reportedly, the water had a temperature of minus 16 degrees Celsius.
