Hi Everyone, I’m super excited to share this tutorial with you. I’m so excited to wear it outside. DIY tattoo Choker ^^ You can make any colors you want. ^^ I prefer the black one because it just looks like you have a choker tattoo when you wear it. It might be confusing when you start making it, so I showed the steps very slowly in the beginning of this tutorial so that you can watch it very carefully. Try it out. Very easy. It took me less than half hour finished it. I just can’t wait to wear it outside
