Balloon setup for a vertical End Fed. My Field Antennas Tests in an old quarry

In an old quarry, I first hung a simple dipole for 20 m band, along the slope at a height of only 1-2 m from the ground. What about a DX QSO with such an antenna? Then we launched a large balloon with a vertical long wire 40 m long. In fact, this was a vertical half-wave End feed with a 1:64 matching device and a short counterweight.
