Newport News Shipbuilding Launches New Jersey (SSN 796)

Virginia-class submarine New Jersey (SSN 796) was recently rolled out of Newport News Shipbuilding’s Modular Outfitting Facility to the Floating Dry Dock, where it was floated and launched. The submarine is now at a pier undergoing extensive testing in preparation for sea trials.
