Talking Heads live at Montreux Jazz Festival (1982) [FIXED]

NOTE: This is a fixed-quality reupload of Talking Heads performing in Montreux, 1982. The previous version(s) I uploaded had issues with resolution/quality - I recommend watching this version instead! Some details below: The video itself is 540p, but the original original version I uploaded became a slightly blurred 480p instead, since YouTube doesn’t support 540p. This version is upscaled to 1080p to fit with the standard YouTube resolutions to avoid the quality getting messed up. Just in case for some reason you want the original version, here’s the link: ====================== This is full footage of Talking Heads performing at the Montreux Jazz Festival in Switzerland, July 9th 1982. Originally broadcasted on Swiss TV and radio, but this footage is from an archive of the master tapes (except the last song) Important notes: Psycho Killer has some pretty weird mixing issues, but it sorts itself out after a minute, so just bear with it. Everything else sounds and looks amazing, until the encore (Take Me to the River) which was missing from the rest of the footage, so it was edited in from a low quality recording of the TV broadcast. It had very crackly audio so I synced the broadcast footage with superior audio of Take Me to the River taken from a recording of the radio broadcast, and I think it turned out well. (You can still hear about 25 seconds of the original audio at the very end, but I turned the volume down to spare your ears) This version is technically a 1080p file, but it’s really just the original 540p video upscaled using ffmpeg (due to YouTube not supporting 540p). It includes an early version of Swamp since they were in the process of making Speaking in Tongues while touring. They also often played Love → Building on Fire near the start of the set, but unfortunately didn’t for this show. I can’t remember where, but I think I saw somebody say they intended to play Crosseyed and Painless for a second encore (which they often did on this tour) but decided to end after the first encore due to the overwhelming heat.
