Flying Day in Miami - Red Bull Flugtag 2012

Magic Carpet Ride achieved man’s eternal dream of human flight and first place prize on Saturday, Nov. 3 when their craft soared -- at least for a few seconds -- during Red Bull Flugtag Miami. The extreme event took place at Downtown Miami’s Bayfront Park, back for the first time since 2010, where participants competed after months of design preparation to see whose man-made, human-powered wings would take them the farthest, and look the best while doing it. ______________________________________________
