Steak and fries with chimichurri

Chimichurri Recipe 100g parsley 1 red chilli 6 cloves garlic 30g coriander 25 g oregano 2 tbsp red whine vinegar 1 tbsp chilli flakes 1 to 2 cups olive oil Cracked black pepper Salt to taste Mix combine and stored in a jar then Refrigerate for up to a week .. Steak if ur choice Rest at room temperature Seasoning lightly with salt and black pepper with a touch of garlic powder Oil in pan medium heat Wear steak on both side , while the steak is in the skillet searing just move it around so that it’s continuously searing and not steaming. Add butter garlic thyme and Rosemary after flippin the steak and base Then remove steak to rest and pour all that buttery goodness over it while it’s it’s resting. Resting should be about half the time it was cooking for.
