Try to squeeze this in before you head outside today or just before bed: . From wide starfish/semi-downward dog position, reach for the opposite ankle x8, on the 8th rep, hold the stretch for a good 20 seconds . Lower hips to floor, stretching the neck by looking to either side, over the shoulder, hold each for 20 seconds here as well .
