Harris County police chase ends with battering ram, gas

Harris County authorities arrested a suspect following an hours-long standoff on I-10. SWAT officers move in on the truck after using a battering ram to rip out sections of the side of the 18-wheeler where authorities had already fired gas into the cab of the vehicle.
