Eric Lilliebridge 420kg/925lbs x 3 Raw Squat w/ wraps PR

This was one of my hardest triples yet. The first rep and second rep felt good but they took a lot out of me. It was hard for me to get in a good deep breath after my 2nd rep. I went down for my 3rd rep on basically half a breath and it caused me to get loose coming up and pitched me really far forward. It was a very hard and painful 3rd rep, but I fought through it and finished it. Had I not gotten forward, I think it would’ve been an easier finish.
