Her owner stopped caring a long time ago and left her chained in a yard full of machines and tractor wheels. When we got there, the scene was terrible. She had a huge mass on her rear that hurts her, she cried and moaned when we touched it. All she wanted was to be patted… she was desperate for us to pet and talk to her.
