German Military Motorcyclists Give Display (1938)

Germany. M/S of two German soldiers in singlets and shorts riding about a parade ground on a motorcycle; one keeps his hands on the handlebars while the other stands up and puts the first man’s legs over his shoulders. C/U of a German soldier in full uniform watching them. Two bikes carrying two soldiers each are ridden side by side and a soldier leaps from one bike to the other. We then see three soldiers in full uniform and tin helmets standing on a travelling motorcycle and firing rifles into the air - it looks very funny! C/U of three soldiers laughing at a clown who we see standing on the back of a travelling motorbike holding an open umbrella.
