Titles read: “CINEVIEWS IN BRIEF“. Various locations of events. On the St Lawrence River in Canada we see a special boat that can glide over ice and through water. With the help of his girl trainer, a canary lies on his back on a knife handle and clings onto a small stick with his feet. Other canaries and birds flutter their feathers and sit on the girl’s head. (Location of events unknown.) Magician Howard de Courcey does a trick where he makes a toy canary in a small cage disappear. A bell boy comes into shot and takes off Howard’s coat to check the cage isn’t hidden there. Howard says “You see, I didn’t get the bird after all!“. (Looks like Pathe Studio, London.)
