DIY Detachable Sock Frills

Because I reached 100 youtube subscribers in one day, I thought I would make another DIY video to thank all my lovely new subscribers! This one is MUCH easier than my DIY dress, and can be completed in about 10 minutes by sewers of any level. Lace cuffs are a great way to make any outfit subtly cuter.
