RTLSDR HF Upconverter

I threw together a simple HF upconverter for my RTLSDR USB software defined radio. This lets me upconvert HF signals below 30 MHz (ham radio, SWL, etc) to the VHF region where the USB receiver will work. All parts pulled out of the junk box and this project is loosely based on on George Smart’s Funcube up-converter.
