Israel’s air attack on Gaza’s Jabalia refugee camp could amount to a war crime, the United Nations human rights office has said. The deadly Israeli strikes targeted the Jabalia refugee camp twice in two days, killing and wounding dozens of civilians. Israel said the attack targeted a Hamas commander. Reports say at least 195 people were killed while more than 100 were thought to be missing beneath the rubble. Meanwhile, a top Hamas leader has claimed that the Palestinian terror group will repeat the attacks made on Israel on October 7.
