BEST Exercise for Correct Posture

This is my best exercise for correct posture in standing up. This is the Dynamic Standing exercise! This could be the first and most fundamental exercise in Body Efficiency Training. Learning how to stand up straight and maintain correct spinal alignment is the best thing you can do with your body! This affects everything else you do and even your emotional state of being. Correct posture is so efficient that you will have more energy and do less work all day long and it will help keep you more positive and confident! Disclaimer: Follow along at your own risk.
