As you can see in the video, all beaches are literally empty now! We basically had the beaches only for us! Had a hard time picking the top 15. We considered the color of the water, quality of the sand, and swimming conditions while making the top list. As covid made humans disappear, sea cucumbers colonized some of the beaches, and it was difficult to swim. For example, it was hard to even step on the water at Leela beach due to the presence of excessive sea urchins. Haad Yuan Beach is missing from the list as we couldn’t visit it because there was no taxi boat available. The most challenging task was selecting number one between ’Bottle beach’ and ’Haad Rin’. We decided to go with the latter as it was unbelievable to find Haad Rin like this.
