It begins with a simple box erector machine, which easily forms white cardboard boxes using a suction cup and then conveys them to the packing position via a conveyor belt. Each box accommodates two cups, one of which is inverted. Cup loading is facilitated by two mechanical arms: one picks up the positive cup from the production line and places it in the box, while the other grabs the inverted cup, completing the packing process. The final step is the labeling machine, which automatically prints and attaches labels to the boxes. While suitable for pharmaceuticals and cosmetics, this packaging line operates at a relatively slow speed.
