Israel launches fresh airstrikes on Lebanon ahead of imminent full-scale invasion

ISRAEL has launched fresh airstrikes on Beirut ahead of its imminent ground invasion of Lebanon. The world is holding its breath as the IDF fires artillery across the border tonight and masses tanks and soldiers nearby. Local media reported eight blasts hit the city with one clip showing a massive explosion near the airport as a reported ammo store blew up. Photos show the artillery fragmenting and raining down on the Lebanese capital in bright orange colours. An invasion is thought to be just hours away with the IDF barring civilians from going near one part of the frontier. The UK has charted a commercial flight to help British nationals and their families flee the country - that will take off on Wednesday.
