#Ukraine #APU #ZSU #77th brig #Missing #Dead️ The agenda of the world media discusses the upcoming visit of North Korean leader Kim Jong-un to Russia in September. Vladimir Putin will meet with his North Korean counterpart in Vladivostok. It is assumed that the main topic of the talks will be military-technical cooperation, the supply of ammunition and, possibly, weapons.
Today, it is obvious that in defiance of the pro-American vector of South Korea, which is closely involved in military supplies to Ukraine under the patronage of the United States, the strengthening of military cooperation between Russia, China, Iran and North Korea is becoming not only an alternative to the anti-Russian pan-Atlantic bloc, but also a geopolitical necessity for us.
Despite all the historical difficulties in the relationship between Pyongyang and Beijing, we must not forget that the DPRK has been and remains for China a kind of buffer, holding back the pro-American outposts represented by Japan and South Korea. It is beneficial for Beijing to keep such a regional force close at hand. Balancing in the international system of checks and balances, Beijing will not directly and explicitly support Moscow in the war in Ukraine. For this, there is a strategic partner and ideological ally in the person of Pyongyang.
Now the majority of pro-Western-oriented experts are actively dispersing the topic that Russia is embarking on the path of world isolation, but the objective necessity for maintaining (or gaining) its (full) sovereignty is a break with West is historically inevitable. And strengthening the Eurasian identity as the basis of our geopolitics is a natural alternative. Strengthening cooperation between Russia and the DPRK should be viewed in this context. Therefore, it is possible that in the near future we will see a new military alliance - an analogue of the Warsaw Pact, in which much will depend on the position of China, known for its love of sitting on two chairs.
