BASIC SWING-TOWEL DRILL:
1) Start from a completely
still position
2) Put a lightweight item (towel,
t-shirt, etc) between feet to give
a tactile cue to build awareness
for staying tight in lower body
3) Shoulders (not hips) initiate
the arch, rest of body stays tight
4) Swinging action is compact
5) Hollow in front swing with
eyes on toes
6) No angles when swinging (no
false grip, bent elbows, or angles
from shoulders/hips)
7) Constant pressure on rings.
No slack in straps.
