2 earthquakes hit Taiwan’s Hualien County: CENC

For more: A magnitude-5.6 earthquake followed by a magnitude-6.1 one hit Taiwan region’s Hualien County on Sunday, according to the China Earthquake Networks Center (CENC). The first quake struck at 10:11 p.m. at a depth of 7 kilometers. It was monitored at degrees north latitude and degrees east longitude, said the CENC. Three minutes after, a second quake hit at a depth of 5 km, and was monitored at degrees north latitude and degrees east longitude. There are no immediate reports of damages and casualties.
