“The Brightside” is the sixth track off Lil Peep’s debut album Come Over When You’re Sober, Pt. 1, released August 15, 2017. The song is a reference to The Killers’ “Mr. Brightside.” Both songs are about one’s lover being with another partner, leaving the person paralyzed in a state of jealousy and despair.
