Assalamualaikum, In this video, I’ll show you, How to add a QR code in a fillable pdf form using adobe acrobat pro-2017. let’s get started. open a PDF form and make this one fillable. go to the tools menu prepared form. now go to the toolbar, select the barcode field, and draw the barcode field. go to properties right click on the field properties. option, change the barcode to a QR code. add the value click the pick. add the file name. copy the QR code with print screen software. read the QR code. now check the field name. undefined 9 7 6.
