DP/30 @ TIFF ’13: Starred Up, David Mackenzie, Jack O’Connell

Starred up is a powerful drama about a young man in jail who meets an older man with an unsettled score. It stars Jack O’Connell, who is all the rage in anticipation of Angelina Jolie’s Unbroken coming out in the awards season. It also stars the great Ben Mendelsohn.
