Perp Games and AMATA Games, the indie game publishing brand operated by AMATA K.K., have signed an agreement to bring a physical release of the VR Action-Adventure Game, The Tale of Onogoro to retail from 25th May 2023. Released digitally on the launch of the PlayStation VR2 headset, on the 22nd February, The Tale of Onogoro combines traditional Japanese culture and steampunk elements to create its unique world. The Player travels with Haru, a Japanese high priestess, solving sprawling puzzles and battling giant beast-like beings called “Kami” along the way. “We are very pleased to be able to bring the packaged version of “The tale of Onogoro“ to so many people around the world.
