THE WITCHER’S CREED - Ezio’s Family & Kaer Morhen Mashup | Ellyn Storm

Both Ezio’s Family and Kaer Morhen make me tear up a little every time I listen to them, so making this mashup was full of nostalgia, an irresistible urge to start playing Assassin’s Creed II and The Witcher 3 again, and more than a few drops of tears. I tried using different elements from both OSTs, such as playing the main melodies in the musical style of the other game.
