Wing Chun Dragon Pole Workout

I like being creative in my workouts so I decided to take the Wing Chun Dragon Pole and create a routine that anyone regardless of style can do. If you don’t have a dragon pole you can use a Pilates weighted pole that can be purchased just about anywhere. The exercises are: 1. Basic Thrust 2. Basic Horizontal 3. Basic Vertical 4. Basic Circles 5. Push & Thrust 6. Horse Stance - Narrow Snap & Thrust
