Ferrari 296 GTB: A Tailored Evolution

Ferrari has made history with many cars. But every now and then one car stands out among others. We have had the pleasure of witnessing cars such as the 288, F40, F50, Enzo and La Ferrari. All amazing cars, carrying the history of ENZO and models before them through the design and years of Ferrari. Though not a centenary car, the Ferrari 296 GTB might as well be. This car is oozing Ferrari’s history in its design, its powerplant and its want to send your emotions into overdrive. The last car I fell for, was the 458. The last of the naturally aspirated cars from Ferrari. Still, now, I would be so overwhelmed to be the owner of this car. Now the 296 comes along and takes another place in my heart for Ferrari. Drawing it’s lines form the 250 LM, a powerplant paired with innovation from La Ferrari, and a V6. Something we have not seen since 1974 and the Ferrari Dino.
