Ram Dass continues his discussion of the various ways in which we attempt to achieve higher states of consciousness and that LSD does not get us there all the time, it just shows us that the possibility exists. He suggests basic rules for creating a community designed to achieve maximum consciousness with trained guides, rules and definitions. Ram Dass then begins a question and answer period with the audience.
