INTENSE FULL BODY WORKOUT - This 60 minute HIIT workout with weights combines muscle building, strength moves with fat burning cardio exercises into an intense full body workout guaranteed to make you sweat.
🏋🏻♀️Equipment: A variety of weights. I used 1 set of 5kg 10 kg dumbbells but you could use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level .
