For California State Board Practical Test and NIC adopted cosmetology tests. Procedure: Follow the examiner’s instructions that would be read for this procedure. Sanitize hands with the hand sanitizer and set up the table Drape the doll head Cleanse the skin and remove it with tissue paper Massage the skin by maintaining contact at all times: remove massage cream with paper tissue Apply the toner by maintaining contact Undrape the doll head and clean up the table set up.
