From there, moving into deeper hips using Yoga Mudrasana Gomukhasana III to prepare us for Eka Pada Sirsasana, Skandasana, Marichyasana II and Nidrasana. And now that the groins are more malleable we transition into Bhujasana, Titthibhasana and a final Kurmasana.
