Create A Neon Text Effect In Procreate for iPad

In this tutorial we’ll be going over how you can create a neon text effect using Procreate for the iPad. This is accomplished by creating a series of layers and stroking the original text in varying shades of your preferred neon color. We’ll then be applying a Gaussian blur to each layer and changing their blend modes to make them blend in with the brick texture.
