Full title reads: “MELBOURNE CENTENARY - Duke of Gloucester reads message from the King.“ Melbourne, Australia. Several officials, among them Governor General of Victoria, welcome Duke of Gloucester. Duke is representing the King at the Australia’s Centenary Celebrations. Letter expresses great pleasure for celebrating the Centenary of State of Victoria and city of Melbourne. Duke thanks the Governor to his warm welcome and declares he Centenary Celebrations open.
