Ross Kemp’s Britain - Immigration

Over the last 10 years actor and TV personality Ross Kemp, has investigated some of the darkest subjects in some of the most dangerous parts of the world but in this three part documentary series he feels it is time to take a hard look at what is really going on in his own country, a country he loves. Episode 1 – Immigration: In 2016 the number of migrants coming into the United Kingdom hit an all time high and most of the British population cite immigration as their biggest fear. It is in the news everyday and situated at the heart of political debate. Asylum seekers, economic migrants, illegal migrants, we hear these words all the time but few of us actually understand the differences between them. In the first episode Ross wants to find out who it is exactly that is coming into the UK, the lengths they will go to get in and what impact they are having on the future of Britain.
