Meet GUO PEI - she’s the Chinese super-designer you’d never heard of before Rihanna almost broke the internet this week after wearing her jaw-dropping canary yellow cape for the Met Ball. Guo Pei is based in Beijing and is one of China’s most celebrated fashion designers, creating pieces worn by celebrities like Lady Ga Ga and Zhang Ziyi.
