🇫🇷 How to make PEARL SUGAR, Sucre Perlé

Pearl sugar is very coarse, hard, opaque white, and does not melt at temperatures that makes it perfect for baking. It is used to decorate baking products such as brioche, the King’s cake or chouquettes and many more. Beside being decorative, the pearl sugar will also add a delicious crunch to your pastries. It’s vey easy to make and requires very few ingredients and utensils.
