This was a fun project using some plexiglass from Lowes, scrap wood, some red LEDs, and a 3040 CNC. Back lit signs can also be done by hand with nothing more than a rotary tool and some patience. As long as the plexiglass is etched it will stand out when lit from the side. To generate the g-code for this sign I used a very old version of Illustrator and then a free program called Jscut at . Thanks very much for taking a look.
