Filling:
4 cups apples (sliced and peeled)
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
Crumble:
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 cup gluten free oats
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cinnamon
1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup
1/3 coconut oil (not liquid, kind of.. chunky)
1. Preheat oven to 375F.
