FULL BODY DUMBBELL HIIT - This full body HIIT will target all your major muscle groups and help you burn fat fast.
You’ll need a moderately heavy set of dumbbells to complete this HIIT circuit workout. I used a set of 5 kg dumbbells but you may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your fitness and strength level.
There are 4 Circuits to 2 x through. 45 seconds work/15 seconds rest.
