COVID-19: Some EU countries resume AstraZeneca vaccine roll-out
Italy, Latvia and Lithuania have said they will resume using the Oxford-AstraZeneca COVID vaccine after it was declared safe by the European medicines regulator.
Around a dozen EU countries had suspended its use after reports of rare blood disorders in a handful of people.
Sweden says it will also take a decision about its paused rollout next week while Ireland expects to announce on Friday what course of action it will take.
