During the winter 1992 leg of ’Touring the Great Wide Open,’ the band frequently performed this then-unreleased song “You Get Me High“ (though it would later appear on “Playback’ in 1995). In ’Conversations with Tom Petty,’ TP talked of how the song basically got written on-stage, as it was being performed night after night.
