Each of these activities can be done solo or with a good distance from other people. It’s still important to enjoy the benefits of the outdoors during this difficult time (unless your city is under advisement for complete self-isolation.)
Stay home if you’re sick. Keep a fair distance from other people whether you’re sick or not. Abide by your local government’s suggestions and restrictions, of which, for people living in big cities might require completely staying inside. Be smart and be safe. Remember that getting outdoors for sunshine and light exercise is a way to keep your immune system strong.
