Doctors, patients driven out of Al Shifa hospital in Gaza by Isreali forces
Patients and medical staff from Al Shifa hospital in Gaza said they had been forced out by the Israeli army.
Palestinian Health Minister Mai al-Kaila said on Saturday most people had been forced to leave Al Shifa hospital in Gaza by the Israeli military, except about 125 of an estimated 1,000 to 1,500 war-wounded or sick patients, as well as 34 newborn babies along with just five doctors and some nurses.
Meanwhile, Israeli forces continue to operate at Gaza’s Shifa Hospital, Israeli Defense Forces Spokesperson Daniel Hagari said Saturday.
